- 3. Connect When a home feels right, send a viewing request or a written enquiry from that listing. The studio and the lister can follow up from there.
Houselink is a house-hunting desk for people who are tired of fake photos and vanished “agents”. We publish homes for sale, long-term rentals, Airbnb stays and hostels, then keep plumbers, electricians, movers and other trades in the same trusted catalogue.
How we reduce scams
- Estate agents upload ID photos and a practising certificate. House owners and service providers confirm a one-time code on their phone. They can also upload ID and business documents.
- The Houselink studio reviews agent documents and every listing, booking, rating and scam report.
- Clients can rate homes they buy or occupy, and anyone can file a scam report with evidence.
What you can do here
Clients shortlist and book. Owners and agents upload galleries and walkthrough videos, pin a Google Map location, and list schools, hospitals and shops around the house. Agents also show their name and office. Providers offer call-out rates by trade. Housie, the house assistant on every page, answers from the same listing data you see on the site.
